The Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting that it will be annouced that Congressmen Bob Ney will plead guilty on corruption charges in the bribery scandal.
It seems the annoucement was delayed until his hand picked successor Joy Padgett won a special run off primary today.

The voters thought the corrupt scumbag was so great 68% of the Goppers voted for him.
