Voter Fraud Must be Prosecuted

Jennifer Brunner was elected on a platform of cleaning up elections in Ohio and she has made great strides in that effort. However, all cases of election fraud must be pursued with vigor. This includes the clear Voter Fraud that occurred in the primary led by Rush Limbaugh.

The question is not whether it was enough to change the overall results. The fact is it is clear voter fraud did in fact occur. There are other questions that remain. One such question is why were there not more voters challenged when changing parties despite the numerous reports of people stating the reason was to mess up Obama. Regardless there were voters challenged. There were voters that signed the form. There were voters who just with what they wrote on the form admitted fraud. Rush Limbaugh has not only admitted his complicity in this fraud but has bragged about it and now openly challenges the Ohio officials to do something about it.

Excuses such as this is up to the county prosecutors or the Attorney General is not sufficient. It is you Jennifer Brunner that is responsible for the conduction of fair elections in this state. You must make sure that the entities that must investigate and prosecute do so.

It is not an excuse Marc Dann that it would be hard to prosecute. The law is clear. The fraud is clear. It must be prosecuted, difficult or not.

Rush Limbaugh has a habit of accusing people of being “un-American.” Yet he openly advocates the fraudulent manipulation of elections. The electoral process is the very foundation our country rests. For him to encourage listeners to manipulate elections and take glee in doing so is the very definition of “un-American.”

Jennifer Brunner and Marc Dann its time for you to do the job the voters elected you to do.

Good luck going after 17,000 people who switched their vote.

Do you have a clue?

First - Obama had calls being placed telling people how to switch parties to vote for him.

Second - Brunnehilda & integrity should never be used in the same sentence. Brunnehilda illegally switched voting machines in Cuy. Co.

Brunner supports Hillahag - that is why she will not investigate any voter fraud cases. SHe was able to fix the election in OH the way she wanted - for Hillary.

Her decision to not pursue this is the FIRST correct decision she has made since she took office.

Obama and Clinton encouraging independents and Republicans to switch parties to vote for them because they support them is not manipulating an election nor is it against the law.

The people that broke the law are those that crossed over for the express purpose of manipulating an election.

There won't be 17,000 simply because you can't read someones mind. It can however be the ones that were stupid enough to make a statement right on the form that stated they were in fact committing voter fraud.

Jennifer Brunner has had a monumental task of fixing a totally corrupt election system left over by Ken Blackwell. She has made great strides in correcting many of the problems, but has more to do.

For those of you claiming I am censoring your comments, keep in mind first of all if you look through this blog I often post comments that disagree with me. However this is my personal blog and I can choose not to post comments that provide no facts or are simply insults to my opnion. In addition I won't post any further regurgitation of Rush rants. If I wanted to hear Rush's words restated by mindless ditto heads I'd listen to his radio show.

Joe,

I did not see anything in your comment about Brunner and her illegal actions in Cuyahoga County.

If you viewed the tapes of the count room - 10 to 1 odd you change your opinion.

king,

I didn't comment on it because I don't have enough information about it to do so.

But when I get a chance this evening will see what I can dig up.

what exactly did Blackwell do that was so bad? Other than oversee elections that Republicans won?

The evidence of Blackwell misdeeds as Secretary of State would take a couple books and a movie or two to explain. Oh, thats right the book stores are full of them and the latest movie is premiering at the Drexel East Theatre in Columbus tonight.

But in short he presided over an election while he also served as chairman of the Bush campaign. He bought voting machines from a company that was not only a major donor but who he had financial ties to. He maniuplated the number of voting machines and to increase them in Republican leaning districts and lower them in Democratic Leaning ones. He certified results that were questionable at the time and were proven wrong later, then to cover up all his misdeeds had the evidence destroyed.

Thats just a few things I am aware of.
